COMPETÊNCIAS EMPREENDEDORAS E OS MICROFUNDAMENTOS DAS CAPACIDADES DINÂMICAS
ESTUDO DE CASO PILOTO EM UMA STARTUP UNIVERSITÁRIA

Objetivo y Justificación: Las capacidades y competencias son fundamentales para el desarrollo organizacional. Las empresas grandes o pequeñas, nuevas o antiguas, dependen de estos aspectos de comportamiento, estratégicos y operativos a la luz de las contingencias del mercado y las especificidades del contexto. En la búsqueda de su desarrollo, las empresas caracterizadas como startups demandan especial atención a las capacidades y habilidades para determinar sus acciones y comportamientos, que permitan ayudar a superar los riesgos y barreras de mercado inherentes a su etapa de formación. En este sentido, esta investigación, a través del análisis de un estudio de caso piloto realizado en una startup ubicada en el estado de Paraná, Brasil, buscó dar respuesta a la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cómo interactúan las múltiples dimensiones de las habilidades emprendedoras con los micro-fundamentos de capacidades dinámicas en startups? Método: A través de una investigación exploratoria y cualitativa, se compararon teórica y empíricamente los modelos propuestos por Man y Lau (2000) y Teece (2007). Resultados y contribuciones: Los resultados muestran que las habilidades emprendedoras del fundador de la startup influyen en la capacidad de desarrollar actividades, rutinas y procesos dinámicos que actúan sobre los cambios necesarios en el desarrollo de un nuevo modelo de negocio compatible con el mercado. Además, se encontró que existe una adherencia teórica entre los dos modelos utilizados por lo que se cree que puede ser útil en futuras investigaciones que involucren habilidades emprendedoras y capacidades dinámicas.
