Abstract

Planning is essential for the start of any project. With regard to entrepreneurship, planning becomes even more important, as it defines the success of the business. The case study presents the implementation of Project Management in the planning and development of an architectural office, carried out through strategic actions, through the Business Model Canvas, the Project Analytical Structure [EAP], and Schedule Management. 
 
  The Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK] guide was used as a basis to create a Successful Office Business Project model, that is, a success template through the Project Analytical Structure [EAP], which can be used by any entrepreneur. 
 
Through the research project, it was hoped to awaken the importance of planning alongside entrepreneurship, given the pandemic scenario in 2020 and the advancement of Industry 4.0; promote entrepreneurship 4.0 as an innovation channel for opening micro and small businesses, and circumvent the main cause of business failure, which is a lack of planning.
