itative research was based on 11 interviews and analyzed barriers, facilitators, benefits and future challenges of three innovations aspects: Management System of Intensive Therapy Unit, Patient’s Electronic Medical-Card and Surgery Intelligent Room. The verified benefits were: diminishment of diagnostic errors, prescriptions and interventions, and faster patients’ recovery.
