The motivation for the implementation of projects in organizations comes from an expected transformation due to internal, external or both factors, and consequently generating changes for the people involved directly or indirectly. Such changes and the impact they generate on people must be observed and handled during project management, within an effective change management, being a fundamental part for a better implementation and success of a project. Therefore, it is crucial to carry out it in a structured way and with methodologies and tools that are facilitators to walk the path and achieve the expected result. Determining the success of a project goes beyond delivering on time, within scope, within budget, and at the expected quality. It is a complete experience for the people involved during this transformation process, with a strong impact on the result, which, although more internal, could affect the experience of each organization's customers.
