The project management discipline has long been trying to adapt to an approach that is not so decoupled from the changes that the volatile market environment demands. In the Construction sector, due to the predictive nature of such projects, the adoption of these approaches becomes even more challenging. Based on this, this work aimed to report the practical experiences of using tools, techniques and processes from the Lean-Agile approach in a set of 15 constructions of a medium-sized company in the Civil Construction sector. Qualitative evidence extracted from this case study demonstrated benefits in applying this approach. Besides, solutions that were already suggested in other studies to overcome cultural barriers were confirmed. In the end, this paper brought contributions to project management scholars and practitioners, by making suggestions that can increase the adoption of new project management practices in the Construction sector.
