DESEMPENHO DE PROJETOS: O APRENDIZADO A PARTIR DA EXPERIÊNCIA DE MEGA EVENTOS

O gerenciamento de projetos é o meio para transformação de qualquer negócio, suas práticas requerem adaptabilidade de acordo com o segmento, porte, complexidade e característica do ambiente ao qual está inserido. Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar, através de estudo bibliográfico e entrevista com especialistas em gerenciamento de projetos e megaeventos, fatores que influenciam o desempenho de um projeto. Para fundamentação teórica foi realizada pesquisa bibliométrica. A análise de resultados identificou 02 fatores e 06 áreas de conhecimento que influenciam o desempenho de projetos
