Abstract

The technical report describes the team building experience creating trust and integration of the project team and other stakeholders, enhancing interaction, collaboration, co-creation and successful delivery of a project. The perceived degree of trust was developed in three dimensions (emotional, technical and ethical competence), establishing a different mindset and converging to the successful delivery of the project. The project itself provided a new approach to interacting between teams and delivering valuable projects
