A partir do ano de 2021, serão admitidos dois tipos, ou gêneros, de trabalhos acadêmicos: Artigo Científico e Artigo Tecnológico ou Relato Técnico.

Artigo Científico

Trabalho teórico-empírico. Esta categoria abrange trabalhos que relatam qualquer tipo de pesquisa realizada pelo (s) autor (es). A pesquisa pode envolver a construção ou teste de um modelo ou estrutura, pesquisa-ação, teste de dados, pesquisa de mercado ou pesquisa, pesquisa empírica, científica, além de estudos bibliométricos e de revisão sistemática (com ou sem meta-análise).

Artigo Tecnológico ou Relato Técnico

Trabalho voltado para difundir produto final, produção técnica e práticas aplicadas um soluções de problemas enfrentados pelas organizações. É importante que esse trabalho apresente um dos focos a seguir:

Foco na inovação: o(s) autor(es) desenvolve(m) novas soluções para novos problemas;

Foco na melhoria: o(s) autor(es) desenvolve(m) novas soluções para problemas conhecidos;

Foco na extrapolação: o(s) autor(es) estende(m) soluções conhecidas para novos problemas.

Condições que devem ser vistas:

1. A revista REPAE é uma publicação cientifica internacional, com periodicidade quadrimestral em língua portuguesa, espanhola ou inglesa.

De forma opcional, é solicitado aos autores que traduzam os artigos aprovados para o inglês.

2. Os artigos deverão ser inéditos, não tendo sido publicado de forma impressa ou eletrônica. A comprovação de ineditismo é de responsabilidade dos autor(es);

3. Após o título do trabalho (que deve estar em letra maiúscula), na linha seguinte, é necessário conter o nome do autor, e-mail e Instituição de origem;

4. Na primeira página do artigo deverá contar título (centralizado e em negrito, letra maiúscula), resumo, palavras-chave e abstract, keywords, com no máximo 300 palavras, e logo em seguida a introdução. Os tópicos deverão estar em negrito e em letra maiúscula, alinhado à esquerda;

5. Os nomes dos autores devem ser omitidos do corpo do texto para facilitar a revisão pelo sistema Blind Review, que omite do revisor a autoria do trabalho, durante o processo de revisão;

6. Os autores precisam apresentar claramente as ideias, incluindo a utilização adequada de ilustrações e referências. Os trabalhos devem seguir o formato do periódico e, em geral, são compostos das seguintes partes: (i) introdução, que estabelece a finalidade da pesquisa (qual o tema do artigo, problematização, e qual o seu objetivo) e trata de sua relevância; (ii) referencial teórico; (iii) metodologia ou métodos e técnicas de pesquisa; (iv) resultados e discussão; (v) conclusões e recomendações; e (vi) referências bibliográficas revisadas;

7. Formato dos Trabalhos: Word do Office 97 ou posterior, Configuração das páginas: Tamanho do papel: A4 (29,7cm x 21 cm), Margem superior: 3,0 cm, Margem inferior: 2,0 cm, Margem esquerda: 3,0 cm, Margem direita: 2,0 cm;

8. A configuração de textos deve seguir o padrão: Fonte Times New Roman, corpo 12 (para resumo e abstract, corpo 10); Espaçamento entre caracteres, palavras e linhas: simples; Número de páginas: mínimo de 13 (treze), máximo de 30 (trinta), incluindo ilustrações, bibliografia (referências) e notas de rodapé de texto;

9. O artigo não pode ser submetido à avaliação simultânea em outro periódico;

10. O Editor pode aceitar ou não o artigo submetido para publicação, de acordo com a política editorial;

11. O Editor pode ou não aceitar um artigo após o mesmo ter sido avaliado pelo sistema duplo-cego (Double Blind Review), o qual garante anonimato e sigilo tanto do autor (ou autores) como dos pareceristas;

12. O Editor pode sugerir alterações do artigo tanto no que se refere ao conteúdo da matéria como em relação à adequação do texto às normas de redação e apresentação (APA); Os trabalhos devem ser submetidos a partir de 2021 no formato APA – Normas  Anpad: http://www.anpad.org.br/diversos/apa/apa_citacoes_referencias.pdf

13. O artigo aprovado para publicação será submetido à edição final e a revisão ortográfica e gramatical pelos autores;

14. No sistema OJS, adotado pela REPAE, o autor(es) terá a submissão do artigo automaticamente recusada pelo sistema se não aceitar as cláusulas de exclusividade, originalidade e de direitos autorais;

15. O editor e/ou qualquer indivíduo ou instituição vinculada aos seus órgãos colegiados não se responsabilizam pelas opiniões, ideias, conceitos e posicionamentos expressos nos textos, por serem de inteira responsabilidade de seu autor (ou autores);

16. As avaliações são feitas em formulários de avaliação padronizado, havendo espaço para comentários personalizados, os quais são encaminhados ao autor(es) em caso de aceite condicional, correções ou recusa;

17. Os resumos precisam estar em duas línguas, preferencialmente em espanhol e inglês;

18. Para atender aos padrões de qualidade, não são aceitos autores que não possuam cadastro e currículo ativo na Plataforma Lattes (http://lattes.cnpq.br) do Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa do Brasil (CNPQ) e no ORCID (Para obter o número de registro ORCID, gratuitamente, acesse http://orcid.org/).

O link do LATTES dos autores deve ser inserido no campo URL, e o link para o ORCID deve ser inserido no campo ORCID do sistema de submissão.

19. O artigo deve ser submetido somente online pelo site.

Observações relevantes:

a) Os artigos não devem conter a identificação do(s) autor (es). A identificação de autoria do trabalho deve ser removida do arquivo e da opção Propriedades no Word, garantindo desta forma o critério de sigilo da revista, caso submetido para avaliação por pares. 

b) Submeter um arquivo complementar, em word, anexo, com a folha de rosto composta, também, do nome dos autores, titulação, instituição, além de nota de rodapé com o endereço do primeiro autor e o e-mail de todos os autores.  

c) Submeter arquivo complementar em pdf com declaração de direitos autorais, com assinatura pelo GOV BR ou similar e conforme modelo descrito.

From the year 2021, two types, or genres, of academic works will be admitted: Scientific Article and Technological Article or Technical Report.

Scientific article

Theoretical-empirical work. This category covers works that report any type of research carried out by the author (s). Research may involve building or testing a model or structure, action research, data testing, market research or research, empirical, scientific research, as well as bibliometric studies and systematic review (with or without meta-analysis).

Technological Article or Technical Report

Work aimed at spreading the final product, technical production and applied practices to solve problems faced by organizations. It is important that this work presents one of the following focuses:

1. Focus on innovation: the author (s) develop (es) new solutions to new problems;

2. Focus on improvement: the author (s) develop (es) new solutions to known problems;

3. Focus on extrapolation: the author (s) extends known solutions to new problems.

Conditions that must be seen:

1. REPAE magazine is an international scientific publication, published every four months in Portuguese, Spanish or English.

Optionally, authors are asked to translate approved articles into English.

2. The articles must be unpublished, not having been published in printed or electronic form. Proof of originality is the responsibility of the author (s);

3. After the title of the work (which must be in capital letters), in the next line, it is necessary to contain the name of the author, e-mail and Institution of origin;

4. On the first page of the article there should be a title (centered and in bold, capital letters), abstract, keywords and abstract, keywords, with a maximum of 300 words, and immediately after the introduction. The topics must be bold and capitalized, aligned to the left;

5. The names of the authors must be omitted from the body of the text to facilitate the review by the Blind Review system, which omits the reviewer's authorship of the work, during the review process;

6. Authors need to present their ideas clearly, including the appropriate use of illustrations and references. Papers must follow the format of the journal and, in general, consist of the following parts: (i) introduction, which establishes the purpose of the research (which is the subject of the article, problematization, and what is its objective) and deals with its relevance ; (ii) theoretical framework; (iii) research methodology or methods and techniques; (iv) results and discussion; (v) conclusions and recommendations; and (vi) revised bibliographic references;

7. Paper format: Word from Office 97 or later, Page configuration: Paper size: A4 (29.7 cm x 21 cm), Top margin: 3.0 cm, Bottom margin: 2.0 cm, Left margin: 3.0 cm, Right margin: 2.0 cm;

8. The text configuration must follow the pattern: Times New Roman font, body 12 (for abstract and body 10); Spacing between characters, words and lines: simple; Number of pages: minimum 13 (thirteen), maximum 30 (thirty), including illustrations, bibliography (references) and text footnotes;

9. The article cannot be submitted for simultaneous evaluation in another journal;

10. The Editor can accept or not the article submitted for publication, according to the editorial policy;

11. The Editor may or may not accept an article after it has been evaluated by the double-blind system (Double Blind Review), which guarantees anonymity and confidentiality for both the author (or authors) and the referees;

12. The Editor can suggest changes to the article both with regard to the content of the article and in relation to the adequacy of the text to the rules of writing and presentation (APA); Papers must be submitted from 2021 in APA format - Anpad Norms: http://www.anpad.org.br/diversos/apa/apa_citacoes_referencias.pdf

 13. The article approved for publication will be submitted for final editing and spelling and grammar review;

14. In the OJS system, adopted by REPAE, the author (s) will have the article submission automatically refused by the system if he does not accept the exclusivity, originality and copyright clauses;

15. The editor and / or any individual or institution linked to their collegiate bodies is not responsible for the opinions, ideas, concepts and positions expressed in the texts, as they are the sole responsibility of their author (or authors);

16. Evaluations are made on standardized evaluation forms, with space for personalized comments, which are sent to the author (s) in case of conditional acceptance, corrections or refusal;

17. Abstracts must be in two languages, preferably in Spanish and English;

18. In order to meet quality standards, authors who do not have registration and an active curriculum are not accepted at the Lattes Platform (http://lattes.cnpq.br) of the National Research Council of Brazil (CNPQ) and ORCID (To obtain the ORCID registration number, free of charge, visit http://orcid.org/).

The authors' LATTES link must be inserted in the URL field, and the link to the ORCID must be inserted in the ORCID field of the submission system.

19. The article must be submitted online only through the website.

 Relevant observations:

a) Articles should not contain the identification of the author (s). The authorship identification of the work must be removed from the file and from the Properties option in Word, thus guaranteeing the journal's confidentiality criterion, if submitted for peer review.

b) Submit a complementary file, in word, attached, with the cover page also composed of the name of the authors, title, institution, in addition to a footnote with the address of the first author and the e-mail of all authors. .

c) Submit a complementary PDF file with copyright declaration, signed by GOV BR or similar and in accordance with, according to the model.

All of these items are a MUST!
